I’m in Austin this week, speaking to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry about “How to Scale Your Contracting Business.” This is the fourth time in two months I’ve been asked to speak about some flavor of how to grow/scale/make more money/transition your business. When I ask Professional Association Executives about it, they all say the same thing—”our members all really want to know more about how to grow.”
Let’s talk about that.
When growth gets hard or stalled or hits a plateau, or what used to work isn’t working anymore, we tend to dive deep looking for answers. We end up overcomplicating the solution.
