Kristina Maher has 12 years of human resources experience and holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP certification. She is excited to share her knowledge with clients and strives for improving the benefit navigation process. Kristina joined The BenefitWorks team in December 2018.
Benefits Team Administrator
Kristin Rowley joined The BenefitWorks team as Benefits Account Manager in February 2021 following almost seven years of experience in the health benefits administration industry. She will provide hands-on service and support to our current and new clients. Customer service is important to Kristin. She will work hard to establish and maintain a great working relationship by understanding our client’s needs while providing hands-on service. Kristin obtained the designation of Certified Self-Funded Specialist (CSFS) through HCAA.
Alyssa joined The BenefitWorks team in August 2020. A Madison West Sider, Alyssa Tromp has over 20 years in sales and 14 years in marketing with an expertise in consulting. Her work consists of being an owner of her own marketing business in the Madison area as well as international in three countries, and a previous 11 years of Telecommunications in the Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago area. Alyssa attended MATC-Madison for Marketing, and Edgewood College for Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She has a passion for music and likes to travel.
